چکیده
The use of plastics is resisted worldwide. Therefore, finding alternatives to plastic packaging products an urgent issue. This work was dedicated the preparation biodegradable composited films with potato starch, glycerol, and gelatin. formulation film first optimized via response surface methodology combined multi-index comprehensive evaluation method that considered physical properties (thickness, water solution (WS), tensile strength (TS) elongation at break (E%)) barrier property (light transmittance (T%)). Results indicated optimal conditions were 2.5% 2.0% 1.5% gelatin (based on water). presented excellent TS 4.47 MPa, E% 109.91%, WS 43.64%, T% 41.21% 500 nm, score composite 28.68. Moreover, a model verification experiment further conducted, which proved predicted value highly matched experimental values, indicting credibility accuracy model. resulting characterized basis rheological measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). measurements film-forming exhibited low shear viscosity non-Newtonian fluid behavior. FTIR SEM revealed compatibility among Hence, may be expected provide theoretical technical support for food packing industry.
